When you submit a form on this site or complete enrollment paperwork with Real Frequency, we collect the contact information you provide, including your name, email address, and mobile phone number, along with your consent to receive text messages.
We use your mobile number to send service related text messages about your student's engagement with Real Frequency, such as consultation scheduling and reminders, intake form links, document deadline reminders, and two way conversations with your college career consultant.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All other use case categories described in our full Privacy Policy exclude text messaging originator opt in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties, excluding aggregators and providers of the text message services, and only to the extent necessary to deliver those messages.
You can stop receiving text messages at any time. Reply STOP to any Real Frequency text message and you will be unsubscribed. Reply HELP for assistance. Opting out of text messages does not affect your enrollment or other communications you have requested.
